Scope

This notice covers aihousers.com. Houser, our product, has its own terms and privacy policy at askhouser.com/legal, which govern your use of that service.

What we collect, and why

• Email subscriptions. If you subscribe to Housing News Hub alerts or ROAD to Housing Act updates, we store your email address and your saved preferences so we can send the updates you asked for. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and confirming a subscription requires clicking a link we email you.
• Contact and booking requests. When you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you typed (name, email, organization, role, and your message) so we can reply.
• Accounts for signed-in tools. Some tools on this site require a sign-in. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which stores your name, email, and sign-in credentials on our behalf.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (sign-in), and an email delivery service for subscriptions and contact form messages. Each processes information only to provide its service to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message, or write to us and we will remove you. To see, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email info@aihousers.com. We keep subscription and contact information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above. Material changes to how we use subscription information will be announced by email to subscribers first.
